Support Contracts
As well as immediate/reactive support we also offer fully customisable IT Support Contracts where you can decide what options or modules you want that best suit your business and create your own tailored package based on how many workstations you have, including;
- Phone only
- Remote support and live chat
- Discounted pre bought time with scheduled visits
- Fully embedded technicians based at your location part/full time
All our contracted customers receive the same priority when they log a call (however they choose), and have individual access to our customer support site. Additionally full managerial permissions can be assigned to chosen contacts within your company so that they can view call statuses and response stats or run reports for an overview of all problems logged by anyone within your company.
