Our drop in repair centre in Sidcup is open from 09:30 to 17:30, where we can handle any kind of problem you may have with your machine. If you think you may have a virus, or a hardware problem or perhaps the machine is just running slow and may need upgrading, then bring it in to us and we will quickly identify the issue and give you a quote for a repair.

Most of the time we would expect to be able to give you an approximate cost over the phone if you can spend a few minutes talking with us, alternatively for hardware issues such as dead power supplies, or cracked laptop screens, or other more intermittent faults then it’s best to leave it with us so we can identify the cause and contact with a cost for repair.

When you come to the repair centre we will book your machine in and any peripherals you leave with along with it, give you the fault reference number, and allocate it to an available engineer who contact you once we have identified the fault.

We keep most common parts in stock so will be able to get you PC back to full health as soon as possible, ready for you to collect and get back online at home.

You have two choices when you drop you machine into us, if you’re in a hurry and need your machine back as soon as possible then we offer an Express service that has a 2 working day fix time from when you drop your machine in. Alternatively we offer an economy service that has a 5 working day fix time that’s available at a reduced cost. Just let us know which service you’d prefer when we book your machine.
